2) Basic Selling Price Rates indicated under construction linked payment plan shall be converted into flexi payment plan after adjusting 5% discount on the construction linked payment plan rate
3) Basic Selling Price Rates indicated under flexi payment plan shall be converted into down payment plan after adjusting 5% discount on the flexi payment plan rate
4) The above rates are for limited stocks , which may vary at any point of time at sole discretion of comapany management
5) Meter Connection Charges would be Rs. 20,000 for single phase, Rs. 25,000 for double phase as applicable to different projects.
